CBRE Asset Services UK awards security contract to Servest

Servest Security, part of the Servest Group, has won a three-year security contract with the world’s largest commercial real estate services firm CBRE.

The contract will see Servest provide reception, manned guarding and mobile patrols to 11 properties in the UK managed by CBRE Asset Services UK.

Michael Lamoureaux, Managing Director of Security at Servest, said: “I’m delighted that Servest has been selected to secure CBRE’s buildings, having demonstrated to the client our innovative solutions, excellent sector knowledge and focus on enhancing the guest experience at every property.”
