Emprise Wins Royal Bank of Canada Support Services Contract

Emprise Services plc, leading support services provider, announces it has been awarded a three year contract with Royal Bank of Canada (RBC).

The deal with Emprise is for RBC’s two prestigious London offices, Riverbank House and Thames Court, which total over 200,000 sq ft of office space. Emprise will now be responsible for the management and delivery of support services including daily office cleaning, periodic cleans, window cleaning, washroom services and consumables at these premises.

Emprise was successful in the tender process because it proposed a compelling offering that focused on quality and proven service delivery contained in a competitive pricing model.

Tony Hampson, Executive Director Operations at Emprise comments: “We are delighted to have secured this contract with RBC; we believe we can deliver a fresh approach to support services that will enhance the client and visitor experience at their high profile corporate offices.”
