G4S to host Customer Service Excellence Standard accreditation event

G4S Assessment Services, the leading quality inspection, assessment and accreditation company, is delighted to announce that it will be hosting an event dedicated to recognising those organisations accredited for the Cabinet Office’s prestigious Customer Service Excellence Standard.

The event, to be held at Nailcote Hall near Birmingham on 7 October, will comprise key note speakers, including Emma Peake, from the Government Communication department at the Cabinet Office and Simon Murphy, Managing Director from G4S Assessment Services. An awards presentation will follow which are designed to recognise those organisations which have demonstrated the highest levels of commitment required to achieve this standard.

Over 100 delegates are due to attend, predominately from the public sector, including several council and housing associations.

Gary Swarbrooke, Director of Operations at G4S Assessment Services, commented: “We are looking forward to welcoming so many organisations to this year’s event. During these tough economic times we are delighted to acknowledge those organisations that have become more effective and driven to meeting their customer’s needs.”
