Jakob Stausholm, Group Chief Financial Officer, ISS A/S, has decided to leave the company as was originally his plan had the proposed deal with G4S happened. He will leave ISS by the end of 2011.

Henrik Andersen, CEO of ISS UK, has been appointed new Group Chief Financial Officer and will also become a member of the Executive Group Management Board of ISS A/S. He will join immediately and officially take over his new responsibilities from Jakob Stausholm on 1 December.

Jakob Stausholm said:

“I have had a great time at ISS. It’s been a privilege to be part of the transformation of ISS towards winning in the market place now demonstrated by industry leading profitable organic growth. ISS is now entering into a new phase of its development and I believe that the timing is right for me to pursue my personal and career goals outside of ISS. I am also delighted that ISS has the right internal candidate for the role. I am sure Henrik will do an excellent job.”
