Mitie, the FTSE 250 strategic outsourcing company, has appointed Franck Crosnier as business development director of its Technical Facilities Management (TFM) business.

Franck joins Mitie from Carillion, where he acted as Project Director. He has 22 years’ experience in the industry, and will be tasked with driving strategic growth opportunities within TFM.

The appointment comes on the back of continued growth in Mitie’s Technical Facilities Management division, supported by recent wins including the UK’s largest lighting maintenance contract with Tesco and a £33m three year contract with Four Seasons Health Care.

Franck Crosnier said:

“This is an exciting opportunity. Mitie’s balanced focus between people, process and technology constitute a great offer. I can’t wait to get started!”

Peter Mosley, managing director of Mitie’s Technical Facilities Management business, said:

“Franck has an impressive track record in the FM industry. His background and reputation for driving innovative ideas makes him a perfect cultural fit with Mitie, and his experience will benefit both new and existing clients.”
