Mitie secures £2m contract with Civil Aviation Authority

MITIEMitie, the FTSE 250 strategic outsourcing company, has been awarded a three year, £2m contract with the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), the UK’s specialist aviation regulator.

The contract will see Mitie providing highly skilled security personnel, access control services, on-site CCTV monitoring, mobile security, as well as high end reception services.

The new contract further strengthens the presence of Mitie’s total security management business in the aviation sector.

Bob Forsyth, managing director of Mitie’s total security management business commented:

“We’re delighted to be working with the CAA, a world leading organisation in its field, to deliver the specialist services they require. We look forward to developing our partnership over the next three years.”
