Profile launches powerful new website

Profile Security Services Limited is giving its website a whole new look as well as added functionality. Set for launch on Monday 24 January 2011, the company’s revamped website is much more than a mere facelift.

Andrew Thompson, Profile’s UK Sales Manager, commented: “The new website will make it easier for existing and prospective clients looking for a wide range of services to find what they need.”

New listings, more detail
Improved navigation will drive traffic to sections describing Profile’s mix of Security Services, a section outlining the various sectors for which the company can tailor its Security Solutions, and a choice of added-value Business Services.

New listings on the website include the many Security Consultancy services that are offered by the Profile Group. Visitors will find information about its Private Investigation services, Vetting and Screening, Litigation Support, Computer Forensics, as well as solutions to problems as diverse as anti-social behaviour in the community, money laundering, trademark infringements and counterfeiting.

Opening a dialogue
The most important innovation is the site’s new interactive personality. Not only will prospects find it easier to contact their nearest nationwide Profile office thanks to dedicated pages for each location, Profile has added a host of Social Networking features to its new site.

Facebook and Twitter pages are being launched simultaneously, as well as Profile’s own blog. Andrew Thompson explained: “There is no such thing as ‘one-size-fits-all security’. We want to encourage our existing clients, people looking for security solutions and our own people to talk to us about their needs, what works and what doesn’t.”

Single point of contact
Still in the spirit of communication, Profile’s website will continue with its lively News page and its regular newsletter Silhouette which can be downloaded from the site. Anyone wishing to add Profile to their security tender shortlist will find plenty of information about the business itself, about Profile’s National Control Room, and the way Profile managers will handle their account through a single point of contact, with access to a network of specialists nationwide.
