Securitas acquires security services company in Poland

Securitas has acquired the security services company Nordserwis.pl  in Poland. Enterprise value is estimated to MSEK 10 (MPLN 4.3).

Nordserwis.pl  is a local security services company, well established in the North-Eastern region of Poland. The company has a well diversified customer portfolio, operates within security services, including mobile services and has annual sales of approximately MSEK 16 (MPLN 7), with about 250 employees.

With this acquisition, Securitas will further strengthen its operation in North-Eastern Poland.
