Servest buys FSG

Facilities management service provider Servest has bolstered its building maintenance and services division with the acquisition of Facilities Services Group (FSG), a national building maintenance business.

“The acquisition is an excellent fit for our business. The team at FSG has been providing professional helpdesk and building maintenance services for over 20 years across a diverse client base. Their experience, culture and nationwide coverage will allow us to extend the reach of our building maintenance services to customers across the country,” said Rob Legge, Servest’s Chief Executive Officer UK and Europe.

The Servest acquisition will ensure that FSG’s customers continue to receive an uninterrupted high-quality service and also guarantees FSG’s position within the FM sector.

The acquisition of Facilities Services Group, comes off the back of several key acquisitions for Servest in the last 18 months, including mechanical, maintenance and building services business Maxwell Stewart, 7 Day Catering and Stag Security. These purchases are part of the Servest’s strategy to grow both its expertise and to increase its delivery network across the country.
