Siemens move enhances training and demonstration facilities

The recent relocation of its UK headquarters to new modern premises has allowed Siemens Security Products to provide substantially improved facilities for customers and staff alike. The result is even better service and support for the organisation’s customers, who are additionally benefiting from the enhanced training and demonstration resources at the new location.

The move was precipitated by the serious flooding that occurred at the organisation’s former offices early in 2010. Siemens has, however, taken full advantage of the opportunity created by the move and has made major investments not only in the premises, but also in the office infrastructure systems including, for example, the telephone and computer installations. These changes underpin the improvements in customer service and support.

The telephone number for the new offices is 01291 437921, and the Siemens Security Systems website can be found at Email addresses for individual members of staff are unaffected by the move.

The new offices are located at Castlegate Business Park in Caldicot near Newport in South Wales, just 15 miles from the organisation’s old headquarters site at Brecon House. They incorporate a large training suite fitted with the latest audio-visual equipment, which is complemented by a demonstration room that is fully equipped with the company’s latest products. In addition, there is now an on-site restaurant, which will be available to visitors and those attending training courses, as well as to staff.
