VSG wins Aon security contract

Leading security services provider VSG, part of Compass Group UK & Ireland, has been awarded a new two year contract with Aon, the risk management services company.

Richard Astill, Chief Security Officer for the UK and EMEA region at Aon, said: “I am delighted that we are entering into a partnership with VSG.  Aon is committed to delivering excellence in all forms to its Clients and this includes Building Security; VSG have demonstrated their understanding and capability to deliver this ideal throughout the tender process.”

Kevin Allchorne, Head of Physical Security and Incident Management for the UK and EMEA region at Aon, said: “Already through contract mobilisation, VSG are showing us that they are committed to delivering consistently high standards of security, and as we enter a journey to deliver change at Aon, I am extremely confident that the decision to appoint VSG as our UK security partner was the right one.”

This new contract will see VSG providing manned guarding at six of Aon’s regional offices, along with key holding and emergency response at twenty one of Aon’s UK sites, and mobile patrols at a further four.
