CIS Security have been successful in extending their existing relationship with GVA, the leading property management firm in the Midlands and South West. The portfolio, worth approximately £6 million over the contract term, sees CIS providing Security Services at over 10 properties across the region including a number of stand-out developments.

One such site is GVA’s flagship Brindleyplace, a destination known for it’s stylish mix of old and new buildings and abundance of picturesque leisure spaces including squares and waterside locations with retail and cultural attractions. Brindley Place is one of the UK’s leading businesses with over 8,500 people working within the estate. It has been described as one of the most impressive and successful inner city mixed-use developments in the country.

Aside from Brindleyplace, CIS will be providing their services in Birmingham’s Axis building, with occupants including Ofsted and English Heritage, and Victoria Square House, which is one of Virgin Trains’ key office locations. The portfolio’s reach extends throughout Cheltenham, Cannock, Exeter, Cardiff and also includes the historic Temple Quay, another of GVA’s outstanding mixed use developments in Bristol. Temple Quay boasting architecture by Isambard Kingdom Brunel and home to Entrepreneurial Spark, a UK-wide business incubator network for the most promising of startup companies.
