NSI Regional Meetings provide an important link between the NSI executive and its NACOSS Gold approved companies within their respective regions. NSI is pleased to announce the appointment of a new Chairman and Assistant Chairman for the Southern Region.

At present there are ten regions across the UK, all offering a forum for debate, shared experiences, industry updates and discussions on best practice. The meetings take place on average, every sixth months at various locations within each region.

The 10 Assistant Chairmen also sit on NSI’s Regional Technical Liaison Committee; ensuring technical issues raised at these meetings are reported on at NSI Regional Meetings. The ‘Southern Region’ has recently elected Andrew Hogger and Brian Cottrell as Chairman and Assistant Chairman respectively.

Andrew now runs the ‘Alarm’ department within Universal Security Group.

Brian was recently appointed Quality Manager for Orion Security Solutions, Oxford, a company providing fire, intruder, CCTV and access control systems.  Brian previously spent 20 years with a major high street retailer dealing with all aspects of physical, electrical and manned security.
