| G4S, the world’s leading international security solutions group, has acquired 100% of Hill & Associates Consultants Limited, (trading as Hill & Associates), Asia’s leading provider of specialist risk mitigation consulting services. The company was acquired from Hill & Associates Group Limited, a special purpose company majority owned by Navis Capital Partners Limited together with founders and senior management of Hill & Associates, for a total gross cash consideration of US$8 million. Hill & Associates had audited revenues of US$20 million in the twelve months to December 2008.
Hill & Associates is the leading risk mitigation consulting business in Asia
with operations in 14 countries. The business employs approximately 200 staff
with a wide variety of professional backgrounds to provide Risk Intelligence,
Enterprise Risk Management, Corporate Intelligence and Fraud Prevention &
Integrity Risk Services to over a thousand clients every year.
The acquisition of Hill & Associates supports the G4S strategy of developing its
capability to provide high-end risk
consulting services to financial institutions, corporate multi-nationals and
other customers and an important step in building a global network of risk and
security consulting businesses.
