| APPOINTMENT OF GERARD KELLY AS FINANCE DIRECTOR |
|
| SectorGuard plc ("SectorGuard" or
the "Company"), the AIM listed provider of security and fire protection services
which recently completed the acquisition of Legion Group Plc, is pleased to
announce the appointment of Gerard Kelly as group finance director with
immediate effect.
Gerard has over 14 years' experience
as a finance director in a range of sectors. Most recently he was finance
director of Money Debt & Credit Group plc, a leading provider of financial
services, and prior to that he was finance director of Aventi Holdings plc, a
pan European consumer electronics and entertainment distribution company. He has
held management positions at Lloyds TSB and at Nordbanken in corporate banking
and financial systems. Gerard is an associate of the Chartered Institute of
Bankers and a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He
has a degree in financial services.
