Following the newly initiated contract of Santiago Subway, ISS Chile has signed a new Integrated Facility Services (IFS) contract with Entel, the largest Chilean telecommunications company.
Entel has been a cleaning customer of ISS Chile since 2010 and now, Entel has chosen ISS as strategic partner to deliver Integrated Facility Services (IFS) for the next three years. ISS will service this IFS contract with 471 employees in cleaning, maintenance and office support working at Entel sites all over Chile – this is the first time Entel is outsourcing all these services.
Boris Quintana, Maintenance Manager of Entel, said:
We chose ISS because we know their current cleaning services and also because of their knowledge and experience within Integrated Facility Services. Over the last two years, Entel has made a systematic effort to improve the satisfaction of our internal customers, increasing the satisfaction score by 40 points. We want to improve these results even more, and with ISS as a partner, I believe we will.
Eduardo Rojas, Country Manager of ISS Chile, said:
For our organisation this is a good example of well-planned team work, where high standards in our current cleaning service, the right understanding of Entel’s needs, and a proactive plan to discuss the benefit of an IFS solution, allow us to engage in a direct negotiation process, developing a well perceived value proposition with great results. Entel has a nationwide presence in Chile with over 100 branches and seven corporate buildings.
