Adam Usher has established Aurum Facilities Ltd, a security consultancy offering support to security providers, corporate organisations and private clients across the UK.
Usher, who previously held a long-term role at MAST Security, has set up the business to deliver consultancy services centred on operational delivery, compliance and industry standards. The company is positioned to work with organisations operating in regulated and complex environments, where requirements around accountability and service performance are critical.
Aurum Facilities provides consultancy across operational planning, service oversight and performance management. The business works with both security providers and end-users to review existing arrangements, support delivery frameworks and ensure services meet required standards.
