Bidvest Noonan has appointed Julie Mernagh as its Chief People & Culture Officer. Mernagh’s experience in human resources, talent development, and organizational culture aligns with Bidvest Noonan’s strategic needs.

In her previous role as the Global Head of Leadership and Talent Development at Vodafone, Mernagh developed leadership and talent strategies across Europe and Africa. She drove Diversity & Inclusion policies, contributing to Vodafone’s leadership in this space.

Mernagh held a senior leadership role at AIB, a major commercial bank in Ireland and the UK, focusing on organizational culture initiatives. With consulting experience at firms like PwC and Accenture, she specialized in strategy, people & change, and led transformations across Europe.

As Bidvest Noonan’s Chief People & Culture Officer, Mernagh will lead the People & Culture team, focusing on developing and executing a people strategy to enhance the workplace environment and improve the employee experience.
