Bilfinger Europa Facility Management has successfully agreed a new multi-million pound, five year deal to provide Total Facilities Management to leading financial services mutual LV=.
Since 2011 Europa, now Bilfinger Europa Facility Management, has provided Total Facilities Management services on behalf of LV= to 5,700 staff across 20 locations and this relationship has now been extended by a further five years.
TFM services provided by Bilfinger Europa to LV= include mechanical & electrical works, building management, reactive maintenance, space management, supply chain, project management, facilities services help desk, cleaning, hygiene, reception, security, post, space planning, car parking management, grounds maintenance, waste, Health & Safety, pest control and fire alarms & extinguishers.
In 2013 Bilfinger Europa Facility Management also commenced self-delivery of catering services to the contract that has seen them prepare over 500,000 cooked meals and serve over 200,000 cups of tea and coffee to LV= staff at seven sites around the UK.
