Bilfinger Europa Facility Management has again been recognised for its commitment to developing its 3,300 colleagues after achieving the coveted Investors In People (IIP) standard for the third year running.
After undergoing assessment, IIP confirmed that the property and infrastructure support services company continues to meet the requirements of the Standard, which it has now held since it was awarded to the business, previously Europa, in 2011.
Good practice was confirmed in a number of areas in the wider IIP Framework, including people management, communicating the integration into the Bilfinger group, training opportunities, business culture and the recognition and rewards that the business offers to colleagues.

The Investors in People (IIP) Standard measures organisations to determine how they realise the potential of their people. Defined and set by business leaders, it covers everything from business planning and leadership, to management effectiveness and performance measurement. The Standard is a benchmark for best practice and offers outcomes to work towards whilst recognising a commitment from a business to developing its people.
