Emprise Services plc, a leading support services company specialising in security and cleaning, marked the opening of its newly built Control Room with a seminar on the theme of ‘Integrated Security, Intelligent Spend’.
Emprise’s category 2 Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC), located on a newly acquired floor at its London office, represents a significant investment and enhancement of the business’ security proposition. Emprise is now able to offer a full remote monitoring service designed and maintained to be compliant with BS 5979 and NSI Gold Standard accreditation, extending Emprise’s security capability to include electronic security and integrated solutions. Lee Moody, Operations Director heading up the ARC and Emprise Operations Centre comments, “The investment in our Emprise Operations Centre 24, incorporating a full CCTV remote monitoring and Alarm Receiving Centre, represents a commitment to our philosophy of integrated service provision and intelligent spend. By working with our clients to establish an optimum mix of service provision from manned guarding remote access, CCTV monitoring, mobile patrols and emergency response, the opportunity to maximise the value and quality of service delivered is enormous.” Emprise’s enhanced security capability will provide intelligent spend for its clients by offering a highly effective solution that significantly reduces costs as well as improving service delivery.
Emprise has recruited a highly experienced team of CCTV and alarm installation engineers. The new technical services team bring valuable knowledge and skill to the business and carry all the required accreditations to deliver, install and maintain CCTV, access control, intruder & fire alarms, fire detection & suppression as well as data infrastructure installation. By recruiting the Technical Services team Emprise continues to strengthen its technical security offering and further demonstrates its commitment to achieving its growth ambitions.
Emprise has also launched an additional complimentary service, the Emprise Operations Centre. This new service is a 24/7 helpdesk facility that can be offered as either a standalone or integrated service solution. The Emprise operations centre provides a remote facility mirroring the internal processes of clients’ helpdesks out of hours.
With this new complimentary range of security services, Emprise will be able to offer integrated electronic and traditional security presence under a single management structure, delivering a holistic approach with tangible benefits. Security risks are becoming increasingly diverse and complex meaning that delivering effective security is a very real challenge for businesses and service providers. Businesses that adopt integrated security systems are better placed to protect critical assets and reputations, reduce costs and add value through intelligent spend.
Emprise recognises that effective security solutions come from understanding the wider challenges of securing the working environment and protecting corporate assets. Its new Technical Services team and ARC combined with extensive experience in delivering high quality traditional security leaves the company well placed to provide an integrated solution that combines electronic and traditional methods at best value for its clients.
Craig McGilvray Managing Director comments: “At the beginning of 2010 we set ourselves the goal of enhancing our capabilities and achieving significant growth. The number of targeted acquisitions already completed in conjunction with the ARC, technical services and helpdesk is demonstrable proof that we have already come a long way in achieving what we set out to accomplish. Adding a technical component to our security offering will benefit our customers through offering an integrated approach and intelligent spend. We are delighted to have the Technical Services team on board.”
