Henrik Andersen (45) is appointed to the new position of Group Chief Operating Officer (COO) Europe.
Henrik has 12 years’ experience with ISS and has held numerous senior roles in finance and general management in positions such as CEO for the UK business and most recently Group CFO. He holds a Master’s degree in Law from Aarhus University and a degree in International Trade and Finance from Aarhus Business School in Denmark.
Heine Dalsgaard (41) is appointed Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) replacing Henrik Andersen.
Heine joins ISS from Grundfos, where he has been the Group CFO and member of the Group Management Team since 2007. Grundfos, the world’s leading pump manufacturer, has operations in 60 countries, 18,000 employees and DKK 22 billion in annual turnover.
Heine has extensive financial and general management experience from a number of key roles including Group CFO at Grundfos, CEO at Carpetland Group, Finance Director at Hewlett Packard, Denmark, Group Controller at IKANO and as auditor at Arthur Andersen. Heine holds a Master’s degree in Business Economics and Auditing from Copenhagen Business School in Denmark.
Heine will take up his position with ISS during the third quarter of 2013.
