Kings Secure Technologies (KST) has announced a leadership change within its group company Quidvis. Grant Kennedy, founder of Quidvis, has left the business to relocate overseas with his family. KST has expressed thanks for his contribution and wished him well for the future.
Quidvis provides compliance management software used across the security and risk management sector, helping organisations monitor, assess, and manage site-based risks. It became part of KST, a UK-based provider of technology-driven security solutions, which operates nationally across sectors including critical infrastructure, corporate, retail, and public services.
Leadership of Quidvis will now be taken on by Paul Ottley, who has been UK Managing Director since early 2024. He will oversee all aspects of the business, including software development and team management. Ottley has extensive experience in the security and risk management industry and will guide the company through this transition period.
Bob Forsyth, CEO of Kings Secure Technologies, said: “We wish Grant all the very best as he embarks on this new chapter. The business is in very good hands under Paul’s leadership, and we are very excited by the future growth and opportunities the Quidvis services can offer our clients.”
KST has stated that it remains committed to delivering service and solutions to its clients, and has thanked partners, customers, and staff for their support during the leadership change.
