Mat, who has advanced his career in Mitie over the last seven years, will focus on building long-term partnerships and providing integrated property management solutions to Mitie’s clients. With previous experience in the sector, including client service management, Mat’s approach to service delivery is wholly client-orientated.
He brings with him strategic insight, extensive knowledge of the market and a passion for delivering a superior service to clients through creating bespoke partnership models. Integrated property management takes into account a range of factors, including: the customer’s aspirations, affordability, energy efficiency, new technology and benefits to residents and local communities. Using data and technology, Mat will look to encourage a more proactive approach to repairs and maintenance and planned works, offering consultative services, such as gas compliance and energy saving initiatives, all designed to deliver the best value possible for clients.
