Servest, the UK’s leading facilities management provider, has appointed Tony Park as its Group Head of Contracts and Estates.
Park will be involved in commercial negotiations concerning contracts across the entire Group. In addition to managing Servest’s current and future estate, Park’s main role will involve reviewing contracts and identifying potential economic benefits and delivery risks to both the customer and Servest. Working across the business, Park will offer strategic support and best practice guidance to every area of the organisation in order to improve the current client experience.
The Head of Contracts and Estates role has been designed, in line with Park’s facilities and contract management expertise gained from his time with the Ministry of Defence (MOD) and the BBC, to ensure Servest is providing the absolute best possible service experience to all clients and key suppliers.
Rob Legge, Group CEO said: “We are delighted to welcome Tony to the team. Servest will be able to further develop its offering thanks to Tony’s understanding of FM, which comes from working both client-side and with the large corporate organisations. This new role, coupled with Tony’s wealth of experience, will be a contributing factor in our continued growth”.
Park said: “As a former client, my experience with Servest was always positive; the team do everything they can to get things right, and the managers invest in their people. It’s an innovative and entrepreneurial company and I’m excited to be part of the on-going journey”.
