Due to acquisition activity in the UK regulated security services sector in the first half of 2014, we have adjusted the 2013 Infologue.com list of UK Top 25 Regulated Sector Security Companies, to take account of such changes. We have done this to reflect a more accurate position of the Infologue.com list of UK Top 25 Regulated Sector Security Companies. The complete 2014 Infologue.com list will be published in December 2014.

The acquisition of Initial Facility Services (Knightsbridge Security) by Interserve Plc has resulted in the estimated Interserve Plc (First Security Guards or FSG) turnover in the regulated security services sector growing from £60 Million to £115 Million. The Infologue.com UK Top 25 Regulated Sector Security Companies ranking of Interserve Plc has increased on the from twelfth to sixth.

The combining of the FSG and Knightsbridge turnover in a single turnover unit has resulted in the addition of the Scottish security services company, SecuriGroup Services Ltd to the Infologue.com UK Top 25 Regulated Sector Security Companies.

Finally, we have adjusted the turnover of Bilfinger Europa Ltd to take into account a recent acquisition which means the Bilfinger ranking in the list of the Infologue.com UK Top 25 Regulated Sector Security Companies from twent\y third to twentieth..

Other than the changes above the rest of the list of the Infologue.com UK Top 25 Regulated Sector Security Companies remains as at 30 November 2013.
