We are looking for someone interested in building a career in the security and defense sector. We are an equipment supplier for many of the UK’s top companies and have been in operation for over 20 years. This is an entry-level position and only requires 1 year of office experience in any role, full training will be provided in order to complete any duties that they may come across.
Our offices are centrally located in High Wycombe, about 5 minutes walk from the train station and 2 minutes from the High Street.
Answering phones and dealing with client queries
Preparing reports based on information received
Filing and maintaining invoices, quotations and licenses
Ordering products and office equipment from suppliers
Preparing orders to go out if they are dispatched from the office
Occasional tech support and repairs
1 year of experience working in an office
Excellent English and communication skills
Being methodical and organized
Good understanding of computers and the office suite
28 days (incl 8 public) annual leave
Work Time: Mon – Fri, 9am to 5:30pm. 5pm finish on Fridays. 30 minutes for lunch
