Deploi and Guardhouse Announce Partnership

Announced today at the International Security Expo, a new partnership between Deploi, a next-generation background checking platform, and Guardhouse, a leading workforce management (WFM) system for the security industry, aims to streamline how companies manage vetting and compliance.

The integration allows Guardhouse users to initiate, monitor, and complete background checks directly within the platform, removing the need to switch between systems. This approach is designed to reduce administrative friction, support compliance, and speed up the deployment of new personnel.

Built for BS7858 and High-Volume Vetting

The partnership addresses one of the sector’s key challenges — completing BS7858 vetting efficiently in fast-paced operational environments. Deploi automates the entire process, covering criminal record checks, employment verification, and reference collection through its fully digital platform. According to the company, customers using Deploi achieve average completion times of under 4.5 days, significantly quicker than conventional vetting processes.

Introducing Deploi Passports

Central to Deploi’s model is the Deploi Passport — a verified, transferable identity record that allows security professionals to carry their background check and Right to Work (RTW) status between employers. Combined with ongoing RTW monitoring, the system helps reduce duplicate checks and enables faster redeployment of compliant staff.

“The security industry deserves better than slow, fragmented background checking tools,” said Tom Pickersgill, Co-Founder & CEO of Deploi. “This partnership with Guardhouse is about setting a new standard giving operators the speed, visibility, and confidence they need to grow safely and compliantly.”
