Smarter security specialist Land Sheriffs has marked its 20th anniversary with the launch of a refreshed brand identity and a new website.
Based in Essex, the company has introduced an updated logo and visual style designed to reflect both its heritage and its current position within the security sector. The refreshed branding aims to balance a more contemporary look with the recognition the business has built over two decades of operation.
The anniversary also coincides with the launch of a new website, created to improve usability for clients and provide a clearer overview of the services Land Sheriffs delivers across multiple sectors.
“We’re incredibly proud to be launching our brand-new website and logo as part of our 20th anniversary celebrations! After two decades establishing ourselves in the industry, it feels like the perfect moment for a refresh. The new logo and website not only represent how far we’ve come, but also reflect our ambition and confidence for the future,” says James Coyle, Managing Director of Land Sheriffs.
Land Sheriffs’ origins date back to the mid-1990s, when the business supported organizations with legal land evictions. The company evolved into its current form in 2005, when it began working with Network Rail to help safeguard property, people and infrastructure.
Since then, the business has developed into a long-term security partner for a broad client base and has delivered a number of high-profile projects. These include work to protect the HS1 route, supporting transport operations during the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, and contributing to the opening of the Elizabeth Line.
“We’re incredibly proud of how far we’ve come since those early days, constantly evolving to meet our clients’ needs. We’ve experienced exceptional growth and we’re excited to keep building on that success. Our new redesign gives clients a clearer view of the services we offer and the sectors we work in, while our updated logo ensures we remain instantly recognizable – a reassuring presence for both clients and the public,” adds James.
Land Sheriffs operates a 24-hour CCTV control centre and employs a team of trained security professionals delivering services including manned guarding, mobile patrols, on-train security, welfare patrols and crime prevention initiatives.
While the company works across multiple environments, its primary focus remains the rail sector. Clients include Network Rail, HS1, Greater Anglia and MTR Elizabeth Line. The organization reports that its work has contributed to reductions in crime and trespass incidents across the rail network, with the team approaching 500 life-saving interventions.
“As we celebrate 20 years, I want to thank our incredible team, including our founders Steve and Tyler LeMay, and our clients for their continued trust and support. We’ve built a reputation for delivering smarter security solutions that make a real difference, and with our refreshed brand and website, we’re excited about the opportunities ahead,” concludes James.
