Corps Security Appoints Kathryn Fleming as Non-Executive Director

Corps Security, the social enterprise security provider, has added Kathryn Fleming to its board as a Non-Executive Director (NED).

Fleming brings more than 20 years of senior financial leadership experience from complex, multi-entity organisations. She currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at the Devonshire Group and holds an NED position at FRP Advisory. She is also a Trustee at Hampstead Theatre.

Her career spans both private sector and charitable organisations, with a focus on financial strategy, reporting modernisation, risk management, and long-term asset stewardship. Fleming has been involved in creating financially resilient organisations, concentrating on commercial finance, operational optimisation, investment oversight, and multi-stakeholder reporting. She has led sustainable growth strategies across sectors including legal, technology, security, retail, and charity.

Fleming has held senior finance roles at Control Risks, Eversheds Sutherland, Marks and Spencer, and British Telecom. She has also led large-scale transformation programmes, strengthened financial governance frameworks, and overseen significant capital and development projects.

She will join the Corps Security board alongside Chairman Chris Nickols, Chief Executive Officer Mike Bullock, Non-Executive Director Fiona Strens, and Chief Financial Officer Paul Craggs.
