RISK Metal Detectors and Westminster International Announce New Partnership

RISK Metal Detectors has announced a new partnership with Westminster International, a globally respected provider of security equipment and services. The agreement will see Westminster International supply RISK’s range of metal detection products — including the popular RISK P1 Portable Knife Arch — to clients across its domestic and international network.

The partnership marks an important step forward for both companies, combining RISK’s expertise in advanced detection technology with Westminster’s extensive reach in the security sector. Westminster International works with governments, airports, public venues, and private organisations in more than 50 countries, providing tailored security solutions to meet a wide range of needs.

The RISK P1 Portable Knife Arch has gained a strong reputation in the market thanks to its lightweight design, ease of use, and fast setup time. Designed for rapid deployment, it’s ideally suited for use at events, in schools, transportation hubs, and other locations where temporary or mobile screening is needed.

“We’re very happy to be working with Westminster International,” said RISK Metal Detectors Managing Director, Byron Logue. “They have an excellent track record and a wide client base, which makes them the perfect partner to help us bring our products to more organisations worldwide.”

Commenting on the new partnership Westminster’s Group CEO, Peter Fowler, said:

“Knife crime has increased dramatically in recent years and has become a serious concern, both in the UK and many other parts of the world. I am delighted therefore to have entered into this strategic partnership with Risk Metal Detectors. With Westminster’s global reach together with Risk’s market leading technologies I believe we provide solutions to organisations and law enforcement agencies to help combat this growing threat and save lives”
