Carlisle Support Services has announced the appointment of Vinny Singh as Managing Director for its Security and Events North division, as the company strengthens its leadership team and regional presence.
With more than 20 years of experience overseeing national security operations, Singh brings a strong background in operational delivery, risk management, and client engagement across public and private sectors. He is recognised for his people-centred leadership approach and emphasis on service standards and team development.
In his new position, Singh will be responsible for leading Carlisle’s Security and Events operations across the North of England. His promotion from Head of Operations reflects the company’s ongoing investment in internal talent and commitment to maintaining service consistency and leadership continuity.
During his tenure as Head of Operations, Singh played a key role in supporting Carlisle’s operational structure and staff development initiatives. His experience in client partnership and performance management has been credited with strengthening service delivery and operational resilience across the division.

Singh began his security career as a part-time Security Officer at the NEC at the age of 18. Over the years, he has progressed through a range of operational and leadership roles, gaining broad insight into the challenges and opportunities across the sector.
