Carlisle Support Services has appointed Jason Gray as Technical Solutions Director, strengthening the company’s focus on integrating technology-led systems with its operational service delivery across the security and facilities management sectors.
Based in Luton, the business said the appointment forms part of its wider strategy to develop practical and future-focused security and FM solutions for clients.
Gray joins the company with experience spanning the fire and security industries, having progressed from an engineering background into senior leadership positions covering integrated systems, innovation and commercial development.
In the newly created role, he will oversee the development of technical solutions designed to support operational requirements across areas including CCTV, access control, remote monitoring and connected technologies. Carlisle said Gray will work alongside the senior leadership team to help develop integrated systems tailored to client needs.
The appointment also marks a return to the business for Gray, who has previously worked with Carlisle in a partner capacity.

Throughout his career, Gray has worked with manufacturers and technology partners in the UK and overseas on the development and introduction of new systems and technologies to market.

Outside of work, Gray is a motorsport enthusiast and follows Formula 1 closely.
