Kings Secure Technologies has appointed James Gilding as Chief Strategy Officer, with the role taking effect from 1st December 2025. He will join the company’s Senior Leadership Team and contribute to the development of long-term strategic planning, innovation activity and wider Group growth. His remit will also include supporting the international expansion of the organization’s Software as a Service operations, with a focus on new overseas routes and partnerships for the Quidvis risk management service.
Gilding steps into the position after completing a consultancy engagement with the company. During that period, he worked on AI-enabled automation, digital workflow improvements and the early assessment of process enhancements across the Group. His work has involved helping standardize and streamline operational functions.
He brings more than two decades of senior leadership experience across security, facilities management and technology-led service delivery. His background includes leading transformation programmes, delivering acquisition integration and developing large-scale operational platforms. He has also worked on AI-based solutions for bid activity, workforce optimization and reporting.
