Kingdom Security has recently been selected as an IKEA preferred security supplier throughout the UK. Following a robust pre qualification process, presentation and National Support Centre visit Kingdom developed a tailored service package to meet the needs of the leading furniture supplier which included a 10 module training package including an NVQ in Loss Prevention, Customer service training, First Aid and Conflict Management. Each training module relates to IKEA policies and procedures making the training unique to the brand. The service provided by kingdom also includes a uniform to reflect the IKEA work environment and a number of unique services including communication and technology to support the IKEA Management team.
