Advance Security has been awarded the 2008 British Security Industry Association’s (BSIA) Inspiration in HR Award. Sponsored by security recruitment specialist SSR Personnel Services, the award recognises the pivotal role that HR plays in the security profession and seeks to recognise those that have made a significant impact in the area of HR management. Entrants were judged by a panel of experts chaired by BSIA chief executive David Dickinson and the award was announced at the BSIA annual luncheon on 16 July 2008 at the London Hilton, Park Lane.
