Interconnective attends Amulet Innovation In Transportation Event

On April 18th, Interconnective Security Products, one of the UK’s leading security equipment manufacturers and suppliers, attended the Flow Innovation in Transportation event held at Millennium Point in Birmingham on April 18th, hosted by Amulet Security.

This event aimed to introduce members of the transportation sector to a variety of innovative technological solutions for problems ranging from logistical everyday issues to sensitive matters such as child exploitation.
Interconnective was on-site to demonstrate their range of advanced detection and imaging technology including the RISK P1 Portable Knife Arch, under-vehicle search cameras, real-time proof of presence and lone working system and state of the art body worn cameras.

During the event, CYP First, Railway Children, and Rail Safe Friendly delivered presentations emphasizing the significance of recognizing the indicators of child exploitation and safeguarding. Also discussed was how Rail Safe Friendly is effectively educating schools about the hazards of train crossings and their effects on children.

SENSIVIC showed off their Smart Audio Detection that can detect a range of audio like verbal violence, gunshots, explosions, car accidents and more.

Project Blueprint presented to the event a new way it will deliver a real-time situational awareness and an integrated understanding of operational activity, during business as usual and emergencies.

Swallow Sky Tech talked about how drones are now becoming more accessible to the security industry, police force and the army and the benefits drones can be.

The event attracted attendees from numerous rail operators as well as a number of Amulet’s senior leadership.
