UK smart security products supplier, Interconnective Limited (Interconnective) has announced that it has started to deliver a smart two way radio digital IP solution which uses the Motorola MOTOTRBO digital radio solution, using the DP4000 series, in tandem with a bespoke software package called TRBOnet.

TRBOnet is a software package developed specifically for use with Motorola MOTOTRBO two way digital radio systems. TRBOnet facilitates the use of control and voice interfaces between a digital radio users and computers over the internet and internal ethernet wide or local area networks. TRBOnet creates the framework for automatic logging of an events database, real time recording & storage of audio transactions, registration of radio units onto the radio network, data exchange with other client applications. TRBOnet comes into its own for controlling and expanding the capability of the radio system. Used in conjunction with the MOTOTRBO the TRBOnet can monitor and log and store GPS locations. Panic & Man down alerts as well as when used in conjunction with beacon provide a record of internal patrols.
