Carlisle Support Services Win Multi-Year Security Contract with ExCeL London

ExCeL London, recognized as the capital’s largest event venue, has selected Carlisle Support Services as its dedicated security partner, aimed at fortifying the venue’s security operations and enhancing visitor experience.

Collaborating closely with the venue’s in-house security team, Carlisle Support Services will oversee the safeguarding of ExCeL’s expansive 100-acre campus, ensuring the safety of its four million annual visitors, event organizers, and exhibitors.

Under the contract, designated personnel including a Contract Manager, two Client Relationship Managers, and an extensive pool of in-house trained staff will facilitate operational flexibility to meet varying demands.

With a commendable track record spanning over three decades, Carlisle Support Services has notably supported prominent UK brands and venues, such as ACC Liverpool and Ascot Racecourse. Noteworthy is the company’s enduring relationships, including a 23-year partnership with Tottenham Hotspur. Their established expertise and commitment align with ExCeL’s goal to be a premier hub for world-class events.
