Corps Security, a social enterprise security provider, has been awarded a contract with The Langham Estate, a property management company overseeing multiple residential and commercial sites in Fitzrovia, London. The contract, which commenced on November 1, 2024, aligns the two organizations in their shared commitment to community-focused values and prioritization of people.
Under this agreement, Corps Security, along with its remote services division, Corps Monitoring, will deliver a fully integrated security solution that includes both physical guarding and remote monitoring and response. Corps’ specialist consultancy team, Corps Consult, will support the contract with expert guidance throughout its duration.
Services will be provided for 56 locations across The Langham Estate, with 18 new team members transitioning to Corps Security. Corps Monitoring will contribute advanced security systems and remote capabilities, while Corps Consult will offer continuous consultancy, routine security reviews, surveys, and audits as required by the estate.
The Langham Estate selected Corps Security after a competitive tender process, in which Corps demonstrated both its expertise in security and its commitment to social value.
