Ensuring Fire Safety at Britannic Park with Amthal’s Expert Maintenance Services

Britannic Park, a prominent apartment development, has selected IPL Maintenance Services, a subsidiary of Amthal Group, to oversee the compliance of its fire safety systems.

Located in the centre of Moseley, Birmingham, the apartment complex consists of three blocks and offers residents amenities such as an indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, steam room, gym, and concierge service.

IPL’s responsibilities include conducting monthly visual inspections and bi-annual maintenance checks on fire alarms, emergency lights, fire extinguishers, and dry risers. These tasks are coordinated to ensure minimal disruption to residents while accessing each apartment for maintenance checks.

In accordance with fire safety legislation, every inspection and maintenance check is meticulously documented in a log. This log is maintained and accessible to the authorized estates team to ensure compliance and safety.
