Europa has successfully agreed a new deal with Centrica to provide Total Facilities Management services to a UK based office development.
As part of a three year deal Europa will deliver services including front of house, engineering, security, catering, landscaping and pest control to Centrica’s The Phoenix Building based within the 2 million square foot Blythe Valley Park in Solihull.
In addition, Europa’s Workspace services team will work with the client to consider proposals to make the existing reception area located within The Phoenix Building a more welcoming environment for visitors and colleagues whilst integrating security facilities.
Greig Brown, Europa Chief Executive, said: “This latest new contract win is testimony to Europa’s stature within a hugely competitive marketplace and brings further recognition to the flexible approach to service delivery and the value for money that we offer to clients.”
