Evergreen, an operating division of Prime Secure has been selected as the principal security provider for three Tower Blocks in Central London, each containing over 180 individual dwellings. The company will be responsible for providing general Concierge services such as Reception, Visitor Management, Parcel Deliveries, CCTV Monitoring, Fire Evacuation Management and Communal Area Security Inspections.
Evergreen expects to transfer a team of security personnel who will receive upskill training in world host customer service, safeguarding and behavioural detection awareness. Drawing on experience and resource from some other 50+ residential and PBSA security deployments in London City – Evergreen have implemented a customer service performance-based bonus for officers. This is based on Net Promoter Scoring of customers achieving between 8-10 – scored and paid quarterly.
Evergreen look to impose management technology on site for officers which makes reporting for both security and facilities management issues streamlined and actioned quicker to the St Albans based control room for management response.

EastendHomes is a community led, Registered Provider of Social Housing based in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. They were set up as part of the Tower Hamlets Housing Choice program and were registered with the Housing Corporation in January 2005.

As part of the contract, Evergreen will provide a reception service, manage door entry, welcome visitors, monitor CCTV, receive deliveries, manage fire evacuation and perform emergency cleaning in lifts and lobby areas.
