G4S Secure Solutions (‘G4S’) has announced the appointment of Adrian Taylor as Managing Director of its Employment Screening and Vetting division. Adrian will be responsible for developing the business into a market leader in the global screening industry, based on his considerable experience of managing Human Resources (HR) projects.
Adrian will be responsible for delivering significant growth of G4S’s operations in this market, as increased regulatory compliance demands and corporate risk mitigation drive market expansion. He is charged with overseeing the next phase of the development of a business which enables organisations to significantly reduce the reputational risk and impact on duty of care that employing an unsuitable candidate, or failing to check existing employees and contractors, can create.
Adrian is an expert in his field and was previously Senior Vice President at BackCheck, one of the top five global providers of pre-employment screening services. He has extensive experience developing innovative business service models and responding to rapid market changes to provide responsive and flexible HR services. His experience includes roles as Director of Corporate Healthcare at Specsavers Optical Group and Sales Director for the UK & Ireland at Accor Services.
