Incentive Lynx Security employees have proven themselves to be the best in London after scooping British Security Industry Association (BSIA) Regional Security Personnel Awards in three different categories. The winners were presented with their awards by James Kelly, Chief Executive of the BSIA, at a ceremony held at Incentive FM Group’s offices in London on May 3rd.
Waleed Eltayib, security manager at Incentive Lynx’s Central Saint Giles contract, has been excelling for client Broadgate Estates for over two and a half years and received his award for Service to the Customer.
Meanwhile, Ahmed Akinjobi works as an estate security officer at More London. His alert actions saved the life of a woman attempting to jump into the Thames and earned him the award in the Outstanding Act category.
Finally, Incentive Lynx’s Security Team at MidCity Place in London Holborn received the award for Best Team after excelling as a group on their contract with Broadgate Estates.
James Kelly, BSIA Chief Executive, commented “It was a pleasure to be able to present Incentive Lynx’s winners with their awards. It is very rare that a security company has winners in three different award categories, so they should feel extremely proud of their achievement. Each winner has demonstrated hard work, dedication and outstanding behaviour to make them worthy recipients of these awards, and they are a fantastic reflection of the security industry.”
Craig Pickard, Incentive Lynx Security Managing Director, added “We are immensely proud of the achievement by these men and women who have shown exceptional commitment and dedication in their important roles. This recognition by their industry peers is well deserved.”
The winners will now be put forward to the national judging phase of the awards. If successful in the second round of judging, they will then be invited to attend the BSIA’s annual luncheon on July 16th where they will be presented with a national award.
