Kings Secure Technologies (KST) today announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire one of the UK’s leading providers of Fire and Life Safety Systems; East Fire Extinguishers and Alarms T/A EFire.
First established in 2011 and headquartered in Norwich with over 50 engineers across the UK, EFire provides the full range of consult, design, install and maintenance services, successfully delivering into the Healthcare, Education and Industrial sectors.
EFire, combined with KST’s existing specialist smoke ventilation business, Silver Group strengthens the companies’ experience and offerings in the life safety systems market.
