Kings Secure Technologies (KST) has announced the opening of a new accredited training centre at its K-SOC technology monitoring facility, located in the West Midlands. The facility is intended to support the development of skills in public space surveillance for both new entrants and experienced professionals in the security sector.

The training centre forms part of the wider KST Group infrastructure and is designed to contribute to the organisation’s learning and development strategy, led by Cassie Flanagan, Head of Learning and Development. The initiative aims to enhance internal capabilities while offering structured training in line with industry standards.

  • A balanced approach integrating theory and practical application.

  • Coverage of both fundamental and advanced surveillance methodologies.

“At K-SOC, we are committed to empowering individuals with the skills they need to make a meaningful impact on public safety,” said Ricky O’Sullivan, K-SOC Training Manager. “Our new training centre represents a significant step forward in enhancing security standards through education. I’m thrilled to bring my experience to this venture and look forward to welcoming participants who share our dedication to safeguarding public spaces.”
