MITIE, the FTSE 250 strategic outsourcer, has extended its security contract with BNP Paribas Real Estate, a specialised division of the financial services group to secure its prestigious, 26 floor multi-tenanted landmark building located right in the heart of the City.
The three year contract for 125 Old Broad Street was re-awarded to MITIE’s total security management business following its initial win in 2008, through a competitive tender process.
MITIE’s total security management team has worked closely with BNP Paribas at 125 Old Broad Street to create a culture of security excellence within the building, creating efficiencies through value-add initiatives and serving the other tenants on the high profile location.
Bob Forsyth, managing director at MITIE’s total security management business commented:
“I am delighted to have extended the 125 Old Broad Street account for another three years. It’s really exciting to see how the dedication of the onsite security team and the management team has created such a positive security culture.”
Stephen Wallace-Jones, general manager, BNP Paribas added:
“I look forward to a continued professional approach from the MITIE team over the next three years. The service provided over the last five years has been proactive, dedicated and cost effective.”
