MITIE has upgraded the facilities management industry’s first IT and project management software, providing clients with real time information and analysis of what services are being delivered. The paperless, online tool called VisionFM oversees over £200 million in business working with world-class brands like The Cooperative, Capita and First Great Western.
The strategic outsourcing and energy services company leads the industry to provide a client facing IT solution to manage the full scope of services delivered to a building for its customers. The system currently serves over 30,000 client locations and has earned industry recognition, winning a BIFM and Global FM award.
Together with its updated IT software, MITIE’s facilities management division has launched VisionFM+, a new helpdesk service for new and existing MITIE customers, expanding helpdesk personnel by 30% in the last year, generating over 25 jobs in Bristol, Belfast and Salford.
