Stuart Lowden, Managing Director of Wilson James Security Division, announces a move to prestigious new City offices in Fleet Street this week.
Although just a stone’s throw from our previous offices in Whitefriars Street, EC4, the premises offer beautifully-renovated facilities and increased square-footage, with well-appointed meeting rooms allowing us to welcome customers and prospective clients.
The flexibility of the refurbished space also allows for a dedicated recruitment and training facility. In addition, there is a separate floor for the London operations and business development teams, led by Regional Director London, Graham Cornwell.
Our recruitment team will use the additional space at their disposal to carry out regular Assessment and Development Centres. These are a critical part of our comprehensive selection process and ensure we interview and appoint new staff of only the highest quality. Once employed with us, we then offer our staff targeted development as part of our talent management plan.
A state-of-the-art ‘e-learning suite’ means we can deliver a huge range of interactive training on-site. Our staff across the UK can also access the e-learning suite via intranet so that they benefit equally from the same variety of programmes. The bright and airy floors allow classroom-style training to be delivered by our own experts, as well as external specialists, in surroundings ideal for productive and enjoyable learning.
